Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Lot 1 / # 127 Jayes Road, Balingup

Proposal:

The proposal is for a reception centre and incidental camping. The application is to use the proposed reception centre for weddings of up to 80 guests, memorials for up to 200 attendees and six ticketed events for up to 250 patrons. Incidental camping for up to 50 wedding guests for a maximum of six times a year.

Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bentley Street (Donnybrook) and on this page. Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on 4 July 2024. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before that day. Submissions are to be emailed to planning@donnybrook.wa.gov.au or posted to Planning Submissions, PO Box 94, Donnybrook,6239.
