Upcoming Telstra Mobile Network Disruptions (Donnybrook)

Published on Monday, 15 July 2024 at 2:00:00 PM

The Shire has been advised that Telstra is conducting upgrades and maintenance in Donnybrook on 17 July 2024, between 7:00am and 4:00pm (8 hours). These works will require an outage of mobile services from the Donnybrook mobile base station. Telstra customers in the area are likely to experience reduced mobile coverage and/or slower than usual data speeds during this period - Telstra has sent texts to its customers advising of these upcoming works.

Landline services, NBN internet services, and mobile coverage from other Telstra sites and providers will not be impacted. Calls to Triple Zero from a Telstra mobile while the site is off air will automatically be diverted to any other available mobile network for connection to emergency services.

If you continue to experience concerns after the above outage period, please report any faults through 13 22 00 (Telstra Faults).
