Pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup intends to dispose of the following property, as resolved by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 26 February 2025.

Property & Purchasing Details:

  • 2016 Caterpillar 924K Wheel Loader
  • Vendor: Shire of Donnybrook Balingup
  • Puchaser: WesTrac Pty Ltd, 128-136 South Guildford, WA 6055
  • Market Valuation: $100,000 (exc. GST)
  • Purchase Offer: $115,000 (exc. GST)

 

Comments on the proposed disposal may be made in writing via any of the following methods, and are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Donnybrook Balingup. Submissions are due by 3:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday 19 March 2025.
