The Property Management Framework (PMF) and the associated Council Policy provides guidance and essential terms and conditions for lease management in the Shire. The PMF was adopted at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 23 August 2023, and we are starting to progress to the next stage in transitioning lease arrangements, as well as gathering Annual Community Group Health Checks.
