Beginners’ Pilates involves a dynamic system of mat exercises that build stability, strength, mobility and flexibility. Start at the beginning and find your mind to muscle connection that helps you target deep stabilizing muscles and build strength from the inside out. All classes are pay in advance. Please book your place. $150 for 11 classes BYO Pilates/yoga mat, water, tie, blanket, cushion, eye pillow etc. Contact the library for more information.
