Notice is hereby given that at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 18 December 2024, Council resolved to advertise the following proposed policy for public comment:

• Trading in Public Places (HLTH-CP-1)

Copies of the proposed policy may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire’s Administration Office and website. Submissions on the policy may be made via any of the following methods, and are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Donnybrook Balingup.
