Notice is hereby given that at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 27 November 2024, Council resolved to advertise the following proposed policies for public comment:

1. Events COMD/CP-6
2. Local Planning Policy LLP-1 Temporary Residential Accomodation

Policy Subject & Nature

To outline the development standards for the use of land for temporary residential purposes.

Policy Objectives

To enable people to live in temporary residential accommodation while they find/establish a permanent residence, in a manner that minimises health, safety and nuisance risks.

Copies of the proposed policies may be inspected at, or obtained from, the Shire’s Administration Office and the Shire’s website. Submissions on the policies may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Donnybrook Balingup, via any of the following methods.
