Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Development Application P24076: Collins Street and Reserve Street (near Apple Fun Park)

Proposal details:

The Asphalt Art Project is a traffic calming project. The art work will be pained in eight sections using solid colour. Four sections on Collins Street and four sections on Reserve Street.  The on Collins Street the art work will extend for 20m on the north and south side of the pram ramps; and on Reserve Street the art work will extend 10m on both sides of the pram ramps. The estimated pained surface is 470m².

Details of these proposals are available to the public via the Shire Administration Office (1 Bentley St, Donnybrook) or website. Submissions may be made on these proposals in the period ending on 23 December 2024, and must be submitted in writing via any of the following methods on or before that day.
