Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Development Application P24066: Lot 100 (on Deposited Plan 60775) Goodwood Road, Donnybrook

Proposal details:

Extractive Industry – Gravel. Extraction is to occur over a 10-year period with an annual excavation in the order of 20,000 to 30,000m3 (32,000 to 48,000 Tonnes).

Details of these proposals are available to the public via the Shire Administration Office (1 Bentley St, Donnybrook) or website. Submissions may be made on these proposals in the period before 28 November 2024, and must be submitted in writing by emailing planning@donnybrook.wa.gov.au on or before that day.
