Kitty Litter

Most kitty litter can go in your FOGO bin to be composted, but should be wrapped in newspaper or a compostable liner. Keep in mind that if you dispose of kitty litter loosely and not wrapped/bagged, you risk contaminating your bin!

Kitchen Scraps

Almost all kitchen food scraps can go in your FOGO bin, including meat, bones, fruit, veggies, shells, seafood, paper towel, teabags, coffee grounds, cheese, yoghurt, leftover takeaway food, etc.
