Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal - Development Application P24056
The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:
Lot 751 (on Diagram 49008) Donnybrook-Boyup Brook Road, Beelerup
Proposal:
Extractive Industry - Sand. Extraction is to occur over a 10-year period with an annual extraction of 80,000 to 100,00m3 (144,000 to 180,000tons).
Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bentley Street (Donnybrook) and on this page. Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on 29 October 2024. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before that day. Submissions are to be emailed to planning@donnybrook.wa.gov.au or posted to Planning Submissions, PO Box 94, Donnybrook, 6239.
