Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal - Extractive Industry

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Lot 130 Morrissey Road, Yabberup

Proposal:

The proposal for an Extractive Industry - Gravel Extraction. The applicant has indicated that the purpose of this application is to allow the continued extraction of gravel at Lot 130 Morrissey Road, Yabberup.

Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bentley Street (Donnybrook) and on this page. Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on 12 September 2024. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before that day. Submissions are to be emailed to planning@donnybrook.wa.gov.au or posted to Planning Submissions, PO Box 94, Donnybrook, 6239.
